May 12, 2011 - Featuring Eliza Ramirez, a 7th grade reading and writing teacher at Emiliano Zapata Academy in Chicago. Eliza was presented the 2011 Golden Apple Award by Karen Lewis, president of the CPS Teacher’s Union.
